What Are The Benefits Of A Membership?

Tired of the same color shirt? We've heard you and offer FREE SHIPPING for all subscriptions along with your preference of monthly colors and styles! We offer a variety of subscription choices. Whether you want a single tee or a pack of tees, the choice is yours!

Some Subscribe & Save 3-Packs like the BOLD 3-pack, the BASIC 3-pack, and the FOUNDATION 3-pack change monthly, so be sure to check our blog to see the upcoming colors. Other packs, like the ALL BLACK 3-pack, etc... remain consistent each month. You can swap your pack with every shipment if you'd like. It's SUPER SIMPLE.

We also offer up the ability to Subscribe & Save on some of our 5-packs, as well as some of our single tees. If a tee or a pack is available for subscription you'll see it listed on its product page!

How Do I Skip A Shipment?

Skipping a shipment is as easy as 1, 2, 3

1. Log into your Fresh Clean Tees account and click Upcoming Orders

2. Scroll down to the order you want to skip and Click Edit Schedule

3. Click Skip Next Charge

It's that easy!

How Do I Change My Size Or Neck Style?

1. Log into your Fresh Clean Tees account and go to Upcoming Orders

2. Scroll down to the product you want to change and click Edit Product

3. Make your neck and size selection

4. Click Save Changes

How Do I Add A One-Time Product?

1. Log into your Fresh Clean Tees account and go to Upcoming Orders

2. Click Add Products to the order you want to add a product

3. Scroll through and click on the product you want to add your order

4. Select size, and be sure to select One-Time Purchase

5. Click Add To Next Order for the item to be included with your next renewal, or click Ship Tomorrow if you want the item to be shipped the following day

How Do I Change My Address?

1. Log into your Fresh Clean Tees account

2. Click on Upcoming Orders

3. Click Edit Shipping Address

4. Update your shipping address and Save Changes

How Do I Change The Date Of My Renewal

1. Log into your Fresh Clean Tees account

2. Go to Upcoming Orders

3. Click Edit Schedule

4. Choose the date you would like your order to process & Save Changes

How Do I Change My Billing Info?

1. Log into your Fresh Clean Tees account

2. Click on Account Details

3. Here you can update your Billing Address, Payment Method, Password, and more!

How Do I Cancel My Membership?

Two different ways to go about this one...

Option One:

1. Log into your Fresh Clean Tees account

2. Go to Upcoming Orders

3. Click Edit Product

4. Click Remove Product

Option Two:

1. Go to Account Details

2. Scroll the bottom and hit Cancel Plan
