Where are the tees made?

Our tees and basics are designed by a team of product developers in San Diego are made in a variety of factories in Latin America (Guatemala and Honduras) and the Philippines.

Fresh Clean Tees is committed to a standard of excellence in every aspect of our business. We require ethical and responsible conduct in all of our operations, respect for the rights of all individuals, and respect for the environment. All of the factories we work with are WRAP certified ensuring they follow stringent ethical and environmental standards. These standards including NO child labor, involuntary labor or harassment. Factories also must comply with wage and hour laws and regulations.

How are the tees made?

Fresh Clean Tees are designed with attention to detail and made with our proprietary Stratusoft blend making them super soft, comfortable, and durable. Our Statusoft fabric uses a cotton/poly blend with a softening technique that creates that buttery soft feel you'll love wash after wash.

We also work with factories that are focused on quality and durability, which is why all of our new tee shirts come with a 100-day guarantee.

All of our products are made in WRAP-certified factories ensuring that the fabrics are ethically sourced, and the people who are working on our products are treated fairly and with respect.

While a majority of our tee shirts are made using our Stratusoft blend, we do offer some 100% cotton products and some tri-blend products. Be sure to check the product pages for the exact specifications of each.

How do I know what size to choose?

Our tees run true to size, but check out our  size chart for exact size measurements. You can also view sizes for our tee shirts on the individual product pages. If you don't get the size right with your first order, don't worry! Our team will gladly help you out with a hassle free exchange or return.
Don’t forget, different styles are going to have slightly different fits. The size chart is the best place to get exact measurements, but tees may not fit the same.
Can’t decide between 2 sizes? Our best advice is to order one tee in both sizes. This way you can try on both sizes and compare them at the same time. It also makes for a super easy exchange or return. Shhh... it’s our best-kept secret!

Do the shirts shrink?

Our Stratusoft blend comes preshrunk, but you may still see 1/4" - 1/3" of shrinkage depending on how you wash them. In order to avoid shrinkage (LOL), wash tees with cold water and tumble dry low, or air dry the first couple of washes.

Our 100% cotton tees (longlines and pocket tees) can shrink a little more due to the fact that they're 100% cotton so always wash with cold water, and little to no heat. Hang drying is the best way, but that's not that feasible sometimes, right?

If you are concerned about your tees shrinking when you first order them, try washing ONE TEE to see how it does before washing all of your tees. 

If our Stratusoft shirts shrink considerably more than anticipated we encourage you to contact support and we'll replace them provided you are within our 100-day guarantee window.

How should I wash the tees?

All tees should be washed with cold water only and tumble dried on low. If the shirts are 100% cotton, or you are afraid they will shrink, use as little heat as possible. Air-drying the shirts is the absolute best way to avoid shrinkage.

Be sure not to overload your washer or dryer. That can cause pilling & fading, and is not good for any of your clothes!

Can I Cancel An Order?

If you need to cancel an order or make any changes, please email  [email protected] with the exact changes needed right away. We do our best to catch those, but please note that Fresh Clean Tees cannot guarantee any changes can be made once an order has been processed.
If the tees have shipped we are not able to make any changes, including address updates or cancellations.

Do you ship on Amazon?

No, the only place to buy our tees is at FreshCleanTees.com. Any items purchased elsewhere are not authorized and cannot be returned or exchanged with us.

Do you have gift cards?

Yes! We sell gift cards, but they are only available for one time purchases and cannot be used for renewals.  CHECK THOSE OUT HERE!​ 

How can I contact support?

1. Email - We are always available at  [email protected], you can expect a response within two business days but it's almost always sooner. We make sure to answer every single email we receive, if you don't get a response double check your spam folder and add  [email protected] to your known addresses so ensure that they don't go to spam.

What is Shop Pay Installments?

When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, biweekly installment payments—with 0% interest, no hidden or late fees, and no impact on your credit score.* In some instances, your first payment is due when you make your purchase; otherwise, your first payment is due 2 weeks after your purchase.

Which payment methods are accepted if I use the option to pay in installments on Shop Pay?

The installments option on Shop Pay is available on debit and credit cards.

Are there late fees?

No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.

What if I make a return on a purchase made through installments with Shop Pay?

If we process a refund, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated. If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both. If your refund is more than your purchase balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.

Afterpay Installment FAQs

How do I use Afterpay?

At checkout, select the Afterpay payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, while returning customers can simply log in to make their purchase.

How does the payment schedule work?

With Afterpay, your purchase will be split into 4 payments, payable every 2 weeks, with the first payment occurring on the day of purchase. You can log into your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule.

What if I can’t pay an Afterpay installment?

If funds are not available, or you otherwise do not make your payment when it is due, late fees may apply. Click here for complete terms.


If you have returned an order in its entirety and the full amount of the order is refunded, any upcoming payments will be cancelled and any payments you have already made will be refunded back to the card you paid with.

I returned my order, but I'm still being charged.

After making a return, it may take us several days to accept the return and process a refund — especially if you’ve returned items via mail. Until the refund is confirmed and processed, your original payment schedule with Afterpay will continue.

If you’ve made a return and would like to request that your next payment be pushed back by 2 weeks from the original due date, in order for us to process your refund, you can easily do so in the Afterpay app.

Just follow these steps:

- From the "Orders Details" menu, select Returning an Order.
- Following the prompts, enter the order details as instructed.

If your request is successful, the final confirmation screen will include your updated payment schedule.

How do subscriptions or the 3-Packs work?

Our tee shirt subscription is ridiculously simple and we offer a few options!

Our Subscription Collection is the absolute best way to buy our tees! Guaranteed FREE SHIPPING off of any subscription orders within the United States. It'll get you the best price per tee shirt, the most exclusive colors first!

Some 3-Packs like the BOLD 3-pack, the BASIC 3-pack, and the FOUNDATION 3-pack change monthly, so be sure to check our blog to see the upcoming colors. Other packs, like the ALL BLACK 3-pack, etc... remain consistent each month. You can swap your pack with every shipment if you'd like. It's SUPER SIMPLE. We also offer some single tees, long sleeves, and Longlines as subscription options.

Your renewal date will be the same day of the month as your first order. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time and updated up until the night before your renewal date. Be sure to make any changes prior to your renewal!

Do I have to sign up for a subscription?

Nope! We have so many options for both subscriptions and the one-time shop...but with benefits like FREE SHIPPING (within the US) makes Subscriptions look very appealing! To sign up for a subscription just place an order for any renewal product, you can change your subscription at any time in your Fresh Clean Tees account. If you don't want to subscribe, simply browse around our  one-time shop!

How do I cancel a subscription?

To cancel at any time just log in to your account at FreshCleanTees.com and following these steps:

UPCOMING ORDER -> Go to the product or pack you want to cancel and click EDIT PRODUCT -> REMOVE PRODUCT -> Select the reason for the cancellation and click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.

How can I change my subscription?

To update your subscription just login to your account and go to UPCOMING ORDERS. There you can view the current subscriptions, as well as the renewal dates.

To change the pack just click ADD PRODUCT and select something else. Make sure to remove the product you want to cancel by selecting EDIT PRODUCT - REMOVE PRODUCT.


How do I change my payment method?

To update your credit card on your subscription just login to your account and click ACCOUNT DETAILS, then under PAYMENT METHOD click EDIT and enter the new payment. If your renewal failed you will have to email [email protected] to reactivate and process your order.

Can I change my delivery schedule, or skip a month?

Maybe you need a break and need to skip a month or two of tees. That's cool, we got you. Or maybe you need your tee shirts delivered sooner. We get that also!

To make any changes to your subscription just login to your account and click OVERVIEW, then on the pack you want to change click EDIT. On the next screen you can change the renewal date, swap the pack to something new, change the size or neck preference, or cancel entirely.

How are the colors selected each month?

Our tee shirt subscription is based on your style selection. We have nine style preferences that help us curate your shipment to deliver colors that fit that style. We try to vary the colors based on the season to keep you fresh to death no matter what the season.

You'll get an email THREE days prior to your renewal with a link to our monthly color blog. You can make changes to your preference up until your order is processed. Make sure to safe list  [email protected] in order to receive our notifications.

Where can I find the colors for each month?

The Bold, Basic, and Foundation 3-packs will change colors each month. They change on the first of the month and the color you receive is based on the month that order processes in. We will send them in an email each month, and the colors on those packs change on our site each month!

Our Subscription Collection will have all choices whether you prefer a Single Shirt or Pack of Shirts!

Can I change our a color on certain packages?

We cannot provide color swaps on auto renewal orders and pre-set packages. To order certain colors check out all Subscription options here, or email [email protected].

How long does it take to ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day. The below shipping times are based on when your order leaves our fulfillment center.

- Standard (delivery within 7 business days)

- Expedited (delivery within 3 business days)

For the most up to date delivery estimate, please check the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

International orders may take longer to deliver. During big sales we may experience small delays in shipping.

Do you offer free shipping?

Fresh Clean Tees offers free shipping on subscriptions orders, and orders over $75 within the United States and Puerto Rico.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to any of the 50 US states and Puerto Rico, as well as APO's & FPO's. We have temporarily paused shipping to Canada.

We are hoping to bring Fresh Clean Tees to as many countries as we can, stay tuned!

My order says delivered but I can't find it.

Oh snap, that sounds like a bummer. But no worries, we got you.

The first thing to do is make sure that your shipping address is correct on your order, including your zip code/postal code. Next, double check your mailbox, sounds silly -- but sometimes people expect a package and your mailman simply was able to sneak our tees into your mailbox.

If you can't find your tees then email [email protected]. We will wait 24-36 hours after an order shows as delivered before placing a new order, and we'll probably need to require a signature since we don't want those porch pirates getting a second set of dope tee shirts. If an order goes missing from the same address more than once we will no longer be able to ship to that address.

You must claim a missing order within 30 days from delivery date, past that we will not be able to replace any orders.

What do I do if I put the wrong address in my order?

If you catch your mistake within FIVE minutes of placing your order, we probably can get your address changed before it starts weaving its way through the hands of our amazing warehouse team. There are no guarantees that we are able to make any changes so please be sure to enter the correct address!

If we can't make the change in time, and we need to re-ship the tees to you there is a $7.99 fee for reshipping the order.

Do you deliver to military bases?

Yes - we deliver to all APO's and FPO's. Please note that the shipping time can vary with these addresses and may take longer to arrive.

I ordered during a big sale, will this delay my shipping?

We love to have big sales for our #FRESHFAM! Whether it's Black Friday/Cyber Monday, or a holiday we try our best to get your orders out as quickly as possible. However, we sometimes do run into some delays during these big sales. We typically try to process orders within 24-48 hours (Monday - Friday), and during big sales we process orders within 48-72 hours (Monday - Friday).

For example, if you order during a big sale on a Saturday -- we aim to get your order out the door on Monday, but sometimes it may not go out until Tuesday or Wednesday. Just know, we're always doing our best to get orders out as quickly and accurately as possible.

What do I do if my order was damaged in transit?

Yikes, we hate shipping issues just as much as you do! Fresh Clean Tees can absolutely send a replacement your way! In order to do so, you will have to reach out to [email protected] within 100 days from delivery with a photo of the items and the packaging how it was received. Once the team receives that we can send a new order your way!
