Disappointed

I bought them to try out on a sale. Glad I didn't pay more for them. The picture added is from wearing them for ONLY ONE DAY in walking shoes. They already started to frey material, and the die is already changing to a grayish/white color. Super thin materiel which is fine but not this thin. Won't buy again unfortunately.

Product is good. Getting what you ordered seems to be a mystery.

I ordered the Foundation 3-pack Ankle Socks, which were three separate colors, and I received 3-packs of black only socks. It was a great deal and the socks seemed to be really nice. They're just the wrong colors I was expecting. Plus I was charged shipping, which should not have been charged because I am a FCT member. I was also having with my account where none of my previous purchases were listed; including the FCT. So I like the products... but ordering is a mystery. I have submitted my issue with FCT's customer service.

5-star Customer Service

When my package arrived, I found my socks and one shirt, but the second shirt was missing. I emailed customer service to let them know. A customer service rep, Noely, contacted me within about an hour and told me they were sending another shirt asap. Within minutes, I got an email notification that they were shipping my replacement. Later that evening, my original shirt arrived in a separate package. I contacted Noely and offered to ship the extra shirt back. They insisted I keep everything. The socks are great. The shirts are the only shirts I will wear, and the customer service is fantastic.
