I’m 6’0”, around 200 lbs with an athletic build, and went with the Medium Tall in Charcoal. This is pretty much exactly what I was looking for.
I normally wear a Medium because I like a fitted shirt through my chest, shoulders and arms, but my biggest problem has always been length. I concealed carry, and a lot of regular Medium shirts are just too short for me. Sizing up to a Large gives me more fabric everywhere when all I really need is a longer shirt.
The Medium Tall solves that problem perfectly. It still fits like a Medium up top and shows my build, but the extra length gives me much better coverage around my waist. I’m even carrying a full-size-light-equipped handgun underneath it in the photos, and the shirt still hangs naturally.
This is straight out of the bag, too. Really impressed with the fit and definitely planning to order more!

I just bought 6 of these. Wished I bought them along time ago! Very rarely do I find XL Tall t-Shirts. These actually fit very nicely, and they are long enough where they dont come untucked! I'm 6'-4" and I have always had that problem. They are very good quality also!

So hard to find T's for my body type. Tall and slim. Washed cold an dryed with medium heat and they barely changed size.
