Sleeves too short

I had 3 problems with the fit of these shirts, which I really wanted to like...first of all, the sleeves are too short (compared to the other FCT t-shirts I own). Secondly, it's described as a stretch button up, but the material isn't stretchy at all, which may be why the sleeves sit too high on the arms. And lastly, the front has gaps between the buttons that tend to open up when seated...not flattering at all.
