Proportions are all wrong

I had a zip up hoodie from Fresh Clean Threads that fit like a dream. Nice long arms, trim in the chest and waist. Unfortunately, I loved it to death. I had hoped that this would be a replacement, but no dice. Elastic on the sleeve cuffs is way too loose, and the whole thing is cut entirely too long.
