Hey, it takes time to find your look. We get it. That’s why Fresh Clean Threads offers a 100-Day Guarantee. In terms of exchanges, when you first receive your order, we'd appreciate it if you washed and wore one of your new tees to see if the fit and sizing are right for you before washing and wearing the other items in your order.

Be sure to hang onto your packaging, as it makes the exchange process so much easier, both for you and for us.

What isn't part of our 100-Day Guarantee?

- Stains or spills on your threads that weren't there when upon delivery

- Pet hair or deodorant stains

- Items that were damaged in your washing machine

- Items that were damaged by a rowdy lifestyle

Returns

There’s no reason returns should be a hassle. That's why Fresh Clean Threads offers free returns of purchased items* for 100 days as part of our 100-Day Guarantee.

We've made the process as simple as possible. All you have to do is use our online return portal for easy tracking and a prepaid shipping label.

Trying on an item at home is the best move. You have to see what you look like in new threads. We just kindly ask that you try on an item in each style and keep the unworn items in their packaging. It makes everything easier for everyone.

All you need for a return is your order number and the zip code in which the order was delivered. Your order number can be found on your packing slip. It’s the first six digits of your reference number. [It may start with EXC.]

If you’d prefer to use your own label, just send the returned items to the address below. Don’t forget to include your name and order number though. Also, make sure to keep that tracking link handy until your refund has been fully processed.

Returns take 7-10 business days to process in the United States, once they’ve been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be processed and you’ll receive a confirmation email. The funds are then returned to your original form of payment, which can take up to five business days to appear back in your account, depending on your bank.

Original shipping costs paid for the order are non-refundable.

100-Day Guarantee

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, if applicable. These would be for orders that include an item that isn't considered covered by our 100-Day Guarantee.

What isn't part of our 100-Day Guarantee?

- Stains or spills on your shirts that weren't our fault

- Pet hair or deodorant stains

- Shirts that were damaged in your washing machine

- Shirts that were damaged by your wildly rowdy lifestyle

- Clearance or sale items

- Fresh Clean Socks

Order Changes

Orders cannot be changed or updated once they have processed. If there's any issue with your order, please contact us right away with the changes. We try our best to catch these, but we cannot guarantee changes to any orders.

Shipping Issues

Fresh Clean Threads is happy to help with any shipping issues brought to our attention within 60 days. This includes stolen orders and packages lost in transit. Please let us know as soon as you think something's off.

If Fresh Clean Threads finds an issue with your shipping address, we may try to contact you to confirm the correct shipping address. Please note that this can add a day to processing times.

Subscription Orders

When placing a subscription order (in the United States), you're able to select the frequency in which you'd like to renew and free shipping comes included. (Outside of subscription or Club FCT membership, free shipping is available for all orders over $100.) The subscription order will renew again depending on your selection unless you change it. Fresh Clean Threads sends a reminder three days prior to the renewal date, and any changes must be made before the renewal date. Subscriptions can be changed, skipped, or canceled anytime, and any changes will take place for future renewals.

There are some items on our website that have the option to Subscribe & Save for free shipping (in the U.S.) or purchase as a one-time order. If a customer selects the subscribe option, they are agreeing to start a subscription, which will renew depending on the frequency selected at checkout.

Final Sales

Items from our Sale, Mystery Pack, and Last Chance Collections are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Additional Considerations

Any credit toward the Shop Now option must be used right away and does not apply toward future purchases.

In certain situations, orders and exchanges will be sent in multiple shipments. In those cases, you will receive more than one tracking link.

Address Verification

In a situation where the customer supplies the wrong shipping address, resulting a new package being shipped and sent, Fresh Clean Threads will impose a $7.99 shipping fee to cover the cost of reshipping a previously shipped package.
