Hey, it takes time to find your look. We get it. That’s why Fresh Clean Tees is more than happy to accept purchased items* for an exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Our only requirement is that the items must be unwashed and include all the packaging that came with the order. Trying on an item is good by us! We just kindly ask that you try on one tee in each style and then keep the unworn items in their packaging. It just makes for breezier exchanges.

Likewise, that means any items that have been washed, worn, or dirtied won’t be accepted and instead be returned to the customer. This goes for items with pet hair, deodorant stains, and the like.

There’s no reason returns should be a hassle, so Fresh Clean Tees offers free returns for purchased items* that are still in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

We made the process as simple as possible. All you have to do is use our online returns portal for easy tracking and a prepaid shipping label.

For a return to be green-lighted, all items must be unwashed and include all the packaging that came with the order. Trying on an item is a good move! You have to see what you look like in new threads. We just kindly ask that you try on one tee in each style and then keep the unworn items in their packaging. It makes everything easier for everyone.

All you need for a return is your order number and the zip code in which the order was delivered. Your order number can be found on your packing slip. It’s the first six digits of your reference number. [It may start with EXC.]

If you’d prefer to use your own label, just send the returned items to the address below. Don’t forget to include your name and order number though! Also, make sure to keep that tracking link handy until your refund has been fully processed.

Returns take 7-10 business days to process in the United States, once they’ve been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be processed and you’ll receive a confirmation email. The funds are then returned to your original form of payment, which can take up to five business days to appear back in your account, depending on your bank.

Original shipping costs paid for the order are non-refundable.

Holiday Orders

Any holiday orders placed between November 10 and December 30 are available for exchange or return until January 20 because that time of year is straight up bananas for anyone trying to do anything.

Covid-19 Delay

Due to social-distancing guidelines, you may notice a slight increase in process time. Just one more thing to look forward to in a post-pandemic world.

Sales / Mystery Pack / Last Chance Collection

Any items sold through Sales, Mystery Packs, or the Last Chance Collection are considered final and cannot be exchanged or returned.


When placing a Subscription Order you are able to select how often to renew, and FREE SHIPPING in the U.S. (sorry Canada) is included in the order. The order will renew again depending on that selection unless changed by the customer. Fresh Clean Tees sends a reminder 3 days prior to the renewal date, any changes must be made before the renewal date. Subscriptions can be changed, skipped, or cancelled at any time, and any changes will take place for future renewals.

There are some items on our website that have the option to subscribe and save for FREE SHIPPING (in the U.S.), or purchase as a one-time order. If a customer selects the subscribe option they are agreeing to start a subscription which will renew depending on the frequency selected at checkout.

Fresh Clean Tees is happy to help with any shipping issues brought to our attention within 60 days from the order being placed, this includes stolen orders and packages that are lost in transit. Any orders past 60 days cannot be replaced or refunded.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). These include any item not in its original condition, orders missing items, or washed or worn items.

Orders cannot be changed or updated once they have processed. If there is any issue with your order please contact us right away with the changes. We try our best to catch these but cannot guarantee changes to any orders.

Items from the sale collection are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If Fresh Clean Tees finds an issue with your shipping address we may try to contact you to confirm the correct shipping address, please note that this can add a day onto processing times.

Any credit towards the Shop Now option must be used right away and do not apply toward future purchases.

In certain situations, orders and exchanges will be sent in multiple shipments. In those cases, you will receive more than one tracking link.


If you received our socks and aren’t quite feeling them, you can return them! It just has to be within 30 days of delivery, the package must be unopened, and the socks need to be unworn. Email our Customer Experience team at [email protected] to get that return going!

If you feel there’s an issue with your socks, email our Customer Experience team so we can correct that for you! Please include a photo of the socks and the issue, that way we know what to look for!

Address Verification

In a situation where the customer supplies the wrong shipping address, resulting a new package being shipped and sent, Fresh Clean Tees will impose a $7.99 shipping fee to cover the cost of reshipping a previously shipped package.
