RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Fresh Clean Tees is happy to accept any items back for a return or exchange within 30 days from delivery. All items must be unwashed, unworn, and include all packaging that came with the order. Trying on an item is absolutely ok, we just ask that you try on one of the tees and keep any items in the packaging that have not been tried on for easy exchanges.
Any items that have been washed or worn will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
We are happy to offer free returns and provide a shipping label prepaid shipping label for you. Please note that the shipping cost paid for the order is non-refundable.
CLICK HERE to start a return, all you need is your order number and the zip code that the order was shipped to. Your order number can be found on your packing slip, it is the first 6 numbers on your reference number.

Once your return is received at our warehouse the items are checked in and inspected. If they are approved the refund will be processed and you will receive a confirmation email. Once the funds are refunded to your original form of payment it can take up to 5 business days to appear back in your account. All exchanges can be done through our Loop Returns system. CLICK HERE to start an exchange and enter the order number and zip code that the order was shipped to. All items can be exchanged in one order, just select the item you want to exchange and the reason for the exchange. Once you complete the first item click on the second item and do the same, when you are done entering all the items click CONTINUE WITH RETURN and you will receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

In order to receive your exchange, you must use the prepaid shipping label provided. It can be placed over any old labels on the same package that the order was received in, the Fresh Clean Tees were designed to be resealable. Once the item has been scanned at the post office and the online tracking your order is placed automatically and you will receive an email confirmation for the order to the same email account as the original order.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). These include any item not in its original condition, orders missing items, or washed or worn items.
Items from the sale collection are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
In a situation where the customer supplies the wrong shipping address, resulting a new package being shipped and sent, Fresh Clean Tees will impose a $7.99 shipping fee to cover the cost of reshipping a previously shipped package.
