How Do I Skip A Shipment?

Skipping a shipment is as easy as 1,2,3

  1. Log into you Fresh Clean Tees account
  2. Scroll down to recurring products 
  3. Click skip!

It's that easy. 

How Do I Change My Size Or Neck Style?

How to change neck style & size:

  1. Log into your Fresh Clean Tees account
  2. Scroll down to recurring products 
  3. Click Edit
  4. Edit your order as you wish

How Do I Change Which Pack I'm Getting?

How to swap packs:

  1. Log into your Fresh Clean Tees account
  2. Scroll down to recurring products 
  3. Click Edit
  4. Click swap product
  5. Choose your new pack

How Do I Add A Product To Renew?

How to add a recurring product:

  1. Log into your Fresh Clean Tees account
  2. Scroll down to recurring products
  3. Click add products
  4. Choose what new subscription you would like to add

    How Do I Add A One-Time Product?

    How to add a one time product:

    1. Log into your Fresh Clean Tees account
    2. Scroll down to "Fresh Gear For Your Next Order"
    3. Choose your one time products

    How Do I Change My Address?

    How to change your address:

    1. Log into your Fresh Clean Tees account
    2. Click on Overview 
    3. Click Edit Address 
    4. Change and save your new address

    How Do I Process My Order Right Now?

    How to process your subscription right away:

    1. Log into your Fresh Clean Tees account
    2. Scroll down to Next Charge Date
    3. Click on Ship it Tomorrow

    How Do I Change By Billing Info?

    How to change your billing info:

    1. Log into your Fresh Clean Tees account
    2. Click on Account Details 
    3. Click on Payment Method
    4. Edit payment method and save

    How Do I Cancel My Membership?

    How to cancel:

    1. Log into your Fresh Clean Tees account
    2. Scroll down to recurring orders 
    3. Click Edit
    4. Click Cancel Product
