What is Fresh Clean Tees?

Fresh Clean Tees is the premier tee shirt subscription club and men's basics company. If you're familiar with subscription services like Dollar Shave Club or BirchBox, Fresh Clean Tees will be a natural fit. Our tee shirt subscription service delivers three of the best tees you'll ever wear to your door monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly. 

All of our tee shirts are also available for purchase in our one-time shop, so if subscribing is not for you -- NO WORRIES!

How does it work?

Our tee shirt subscription is ridiculously simple. First, select from our nine style preferences. Don’t worry it is easy to change your preferences as often as you would like. Then choose between crew necks or V-necks and let us know your size. Finally, select your delivery frequency and that’s it! Your first batch of Fresh Clean Tees will be shipped out in 2-3 business days and you’ll have your shirts in about a week.

How do I determine which size to order?

Our shirts fit true to size. If you have any problems on your first order contact us and we'll gladly exchange until you've got the perfect fit. Check out our size chart to get the deets.

How are the colors selected?

Our tee shirt subscription is based on your style selection. We have nine style preferences that help us curate your shipment to deliver colors that fit that style. We try to vary the colors based on the season. You'll get an email THREE days prior to your renewal with a link to our monthly color blog. You can make changes to your preference up until your order is processed.  Make sure to safe list support@freshcleantees.com in order to receive our notifications.

How can I change my size or style preference?

Making changes to your size or style preference is easy to do. Simply log-in to your account and once you're in you'll see your current subscription.

To change your style preference you'll want to click the SWAP button. From there, you can browse the other packs you can swap in to. Keep in mind we have 3- and 5-packs available, so if you swap from a 3-pack to a 5-pack there will be a change in price. 

To change your neck style, or size you'll want to click the EDIT button. 

From there you'll scroll down and see a drop-down where you can select a new size and/or neck style. Have a look at the below video for more.

When will my tee shirts arrive?

We aim to ship your first order out within 48 hours during normal business hours. Our standard shipping should arrive typically within 4-6 business days after they ship. As soon as your orders ships you should receive a tracking number from either USPS or Fedex.

Our order cut-off each day is 4pm EST. We aim to process and pack all orders that come in prior to 4pm EST the same day (Monday through Friday). 

Please note that with Fedex Smartpost tracking numbers it shows you the worst-case scenario. However, your package will typically arrive in 4-6 business days after its shipped. After your first shipment, your membership will renew (based on your frequency) on the same day of the month that you signed up (or as close as possible.)

How do I edit my delivery schedule?

If you ordered before May 1st, 2018 -- your order is set to renew on the 15th of the month and if you ordered after May 1st, 2018 your order is set to renew on the day of the month that you first ordered. That said, making changes to the delivery schedule is easy to do. 

You can easily skip a month or unskip a month by clicking "delivery schedule" in your account. 

If you want to completely edit the date of delivery, or get shirts immediately, you'll click "edit my subscription." From there you can select a custom date. Watch our video below to see how easy it is. 

 

Can I cancel my subscription?

We hate to see you go but we guess you just aren't wearing tee shirts anymore, right? Kidding, of course. You can cancel your subscription any time. Simply log-in to your account and you’ll see options to cancel or skip a shipment. If you have any trouble simply reach out to us at support@freshcleantees.com. Please note that you must make any cancellations BEFORE the day your subscription is set to renew. Once your subscription renews and is shipped your cancellation will not go into effect until the following renewal. No exceptions.

When will my subscription renew?

Depending on your frequency, your order will renew on whatever day of the month you signed up on (or as close to it as possible). If your first order is on the 5th of the month your renewal will be processed on the 5th of the month, etc…

How are your tee shirts made?

Fresh Clean Tees were designed with attention to detail and made with a 60/40 cotton/poly blend making them super soft and comfortable. The polyester allows the tee shirts to retain their size and shape after being worn and washed.

Our tee shirts are ethically and responsibly sourced. We respect both the individuals who assist in making them and the environment. You can rest assured that no Fresh Clean Tees were produced using child labor, involuntary labor, or harassment.

*please note some of our styles are made with 100% cotton and we note this in the product description.

What if the size I ordered is incorrect? Can I exchange it?

We want you to get the right fit, and while our shirts fit pretty true to size, it is impossible to get it right every time. In order to get you the perfect fit we will exchange your size on unworn and unwashed tees at no charge provided you make the exchange before your first renewal. After your first renewal we'll still gladly exchange sizes on unworn and unwashed tees for you -- however, you will be responsible for shipping the shirts back to us.
