Gift Bundle Ideas for the Dad in Your Life
With Father’s Day on the horizon, you might be asking yourself what would make a good present to get your dad or the father figure in your life — and that’s where Fresh Clean Tees come in.
I have a few standout ideas for gift bundles to check out, covering the different kinds of dads out there (though I won’t be covering the ever-popular grilling dad; that’s a style all their own). But before we get straight into the gift ideas, let’s take a little look at the history of Father’s Day as a holiday.
A Dad-sh of History
Father’s Day was first celebrated as a holiday way back in the early 1900s. On June 19, 1910, the state of Washington held the first U.S. Father’s Day. For comparison’s sake, the first official Mother’s Day in the U.S. was celebrated in 1972, though the holiday’s roots date back much further.
The holiday spread little by little, and by 1924, Father’s Day was supported by President Coolidge for official recognition. It took a number of decades, though, and so in 1972, alongside Mother’s Day, Father’s Day was made an official federal holiday via proclamation signed by President Nixon. Now, Americans celebrate the holiday each and every year.

The Casual Dad
The first gift bundle idea we’ve got is for the Casual Dad. You’ve totally seen the Casual Dad in the wild (i.e. just living his life out and about like everybody else), rocking an all-around comfy look. Jeans, a favorite pair of shoes, and a beloved shirt are a great go-to for everyday wear and keep the Casual Dad going.
So the Casual Dad gift bundle is simple: a navy crew neck t-shirt and a black long sleeve henley. This pairing gives your dad two new, casual shirt options to add to his wardrobe in some neutral colors that pair well with just about any look. Whether it’s a night at home or a day at work, these two shirt options are pretty timeless.

The On-The-Go Dad
On-The-Go Dads are a fun type, right? I’m talking about the dad who wants to take long road trips to explore a new hot spot for the weekend or try to persuade you into finally doing that rock climbing excursion. On-The-Go Dads, whether they're an adventurous sort in the city or countryside, need the right clothes to match their energy.
The On-The-Go Dad gift bundle goes thusly: an oatmeal short sleeve henley and a pack of no-show socks. Both of these lend themselves to being comfy and breathable, while making it easy for your dad to look good and feel great when he's on the move.

The Party Dad
Okay, the Party Dad gift bundle is all about having fun. Whether your dad likes a night on the town with friends or has the energy of the Salt Bae — I have no idea if he’s a dad, but he has the vibes — Father’s Day is a great time to make sure your dad can serve up some sharp and stylish looks.

The Red Carpet Dad
Was your dad low-key made for the spotlight? Even if he’s not quite on the level of award show fame, your dad can still channel red carpet looks in his own life. From dressing to the nines for work or being that touch of extra on family outings, the Red Carpet Dad is all about looking the part.
To help your dad keep up his polished looks, this pairing is the perfect Father’s Day stunner: the Torrey Polo (available in four colors) with the windbreaker bomber jacket (available in two colors). Together, these make for a nice pairing that carries a fresh, clean look your dad will appreciate.
