How to Channel Your Favorite Star Wars Characters with Fresh Clean Tees
When it comes to Star Wars, there’s an ever-growing number of characters that might win out as your favorite. Whether you’re more a fan of the prequel trilogy, the sequel trilogy, the shows, or you just know the ins and outs of the whole extended universe — Legends or current canon! — there is always going to be a special place in your heart for the original trilogy.
With the popularity of Star Wars definitely not winding down anytime soon (or even within the next century), there are a variety of official clothing options out there to choose from. But today we’re going to explore a few subtler, everyday looks supplied by Fresh Clean Tees that take inspiration from characters in the original trilogy. Don’t worry, I’ve got you covered on both fronts with light and dark side options!

We can’t start off Star Wars inspired looks without going right to Luke Skywalker, can we? While his very tan and very “I am just a farm kid from Tatooine” look from A New Hope is worth replicating, we’re going to go straight to the all-black garb that Luke dons in Return of the Jedi.
To channel this look for yourself, I suggest going with a black crew neck, some all-black pants, and your preferred black windbreaker jacket. This is a really simple way to carry that final (original trilogy) Luke look into your everyday life with more of a casual and contemporary interpretation of long, long ago and far, far away.

Everyone’s favorite scruffy-looking nerf herder has a pretty distinct look among the original band of heroes. While I don’t think anyone’s going to be undertaking the Kessel Run in a more casual take on Han’s outfit, you can at least bring a touch of the smuggler-turned-hero swagger into your own wardrobe.
To get those Han Solo vibes going, start off with a white short sleeve henley. This gives you a comfy top that mirrors quite a few of Han’s own shirts in the films. Pair it with your choice of rugged pants in a neutral color and an optional navy blue jacket gives you a completely (though maybe begrudgingly) Han-approved look!

Leia is definitely very much associated with white throughout the trilogy, which often has me wondering how both she and her cosplayers manage to keep their costumes clean, but it does make for a fun take on an everyday look.
To break up a bit of the all-white look, your choice of light grey pants are a good base to start with. Pair a white long sleeve crew neck t-shirt with your choice of white jacket and boots, and you’ve got your own crisp, Leia look for the day. It’s perfect for hopefully not jumping into garbage chutes, but to each their own!

I hope you didn’t think I’d leave one of the galaxy’s best droids out of this. While droids might not wear clothes in Star Wars, we can still pull some fun inspiration from the eternally screaming R2-D2.
Dark blue jeans and a basic pair of white shoes would be the first step to bringing in some of R2-D2’s color scheme. Mix this with a Cali Pullover — I’m thinking a heather grey Cali Pullover — and maybe a red necklace to fully round out that droid-inspired look.

Darth Vader is the classic antagonist we all love to see on screen. He’s definitely a scene stealer, and that’s some energy that certainly can’t hurt to carry into your own everyday vibes.
To really get into the Vader swing, we’re going all black (naturally). A black tall tee helps incorporate some of Vader’s imposing style while also being super breathable. Paired with black or veeery dark grey jeans, you might even consider the optional Darth Vader face mask to really complete the look. Or if you have any interesting accessories that might bring a touch of cyborg or sci-fi into the outfit, you can totally skip the mask.
One last note: Lightsabers are never a bad addition to any outfit and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
