Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. The shipping time frame for standard shipping is 4-7 business days from the ship date with most arriving faster in the U.S.. You can also select overnight shipping at checkout for a faster option. For Canada orders this delivery window may take a bit longer.
Please be advised that our same day order processing cut-off for overnight orders is 12 p.m. PT, Monday - Friday. If you place an overnight shipping order after the cut-off time your order will ship on the next business day.
We sometimes experience small delays in shipping during our big sales. Please be advised that our processing times during sales is likely to be 72 hours. If there are any issues with the shipping address entered at checkout there can be additional delays with your order.
During Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales our processing time can vary and may take up to 5 days to ship. Please have patience with our team as all fulfillment centers are overloaded and working with COVID precautions in place.
